Hello everybody, today I am going to share my experience with the L’Oreal Paris Super Liner Extra Black Gloss. I thought to try this liquid eyeliner after my Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner got over. I was expecting to get same high shine finishing and greater lasting power from this one since I was paying almost triple price. But honestly, in spite of my leniency and love for L’Oreal I was little disappointed this time. Continue Reading
Hello everyone, today I am reviewing the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Le Rouge Lipstick Persistent Plum and Resilient Raisin. Winter is already here and it is the perfect time to wear the deeper hues of the color spectrum. Although Plum is a difficult color to carry but plum lipstick shades look good on all Indian skin tones. The Infallible Le Rouge Lipstick Persistent Plum is a gorgeous plum lipstick with right combination of red and plum to suite all complexions; be it pale or deep. Resilient Raisin is a pretty shade of rich brown which goes very well with Indian ethnic ensembles. I have clubbed both of these deep shades together because they make excellent winter lipstick without looking vamp-y or gothic.
Hello friends, today I am reviewing the newly launched L’Oreal Infallible Silkissime Eye Liner True Teal. The Infallible Silkissime Eye Liners are claimed to be smudge-proof, long lasting which will glide smoothly giving an intense color pay-off for 16 hours. It looks quite similar to the L’Oreal Superliner Gelmatic Pen Turbo Turquoise eyeliner which anyway does not stay long and get off easily if rubbed with skin. I was little skeptical with the Silkissime Eye Liner first but when I tried it at the L’Oreal counter I was impressed with the smoothness of application and the color. I love the teal color on me so I bought the Infallible Silkissime True Teal in spite of its similarity to the Gelmatic Turbo Turquoise. After using it for a whole day I am now pretty satisfied with the purchase. Continue Reading
Hello friends, today I am reviewing the Lotus Herbals Papayablem Papaya-n-Saffron Anti-Blemish Cream. It claims to have the goodness of papaya, saffron, almond and apricot which clears blemishes, scars and spots from the face and also makes the complexion fair and imparts smooth and spotless glow. I have few acne spots from occasional breakouts on my cheeks. During summer I was using the Body Shop Drops Of Light Healthy Brightening Serum which helped me a lot to clear up the blemishes. But in the winter I need a heavy cream to fight the dehydration. I am always a fan of Lotus herbals product as they are not heavily loaded with chemicals and come with affordable price tag. The Lotus Herbals YouthRx Anti Ageing Nourishing Night Creme (reviewed here) and the Safe Sun 3-In-1 Matte Look Daily Sunblock (reviewed here) actually worked great on me so this time I thought to give the Papayablem Anti-Blemish Cream a try. Hello friends, today I am back with the review of Lakme Rose Face Powder in the shade Warm Pink. It is a budget friendly loose face powder which comes with some pigment. I prefer loose powder over compact when I am in need to retouch many times in a day. Unlike compact face powder, loose face powder is extremely sheer. It does not build up or become cakey as it lacks the binder present in a compact powder. Loose powder also acts better than compact to set concealer as it doesn’t crease around the eye area. The Lakme Rose Face Powder is the oldest loose face powder in India which has some color to match with skin tones. It also claims to control oil for long hours and to protect skin from sun damage. Hello friends, today I am wearing the Revlon Nail Enamel Teak Rose on my nails. It is a beautiful dirty rose color which would look good on all complexions. The shade of the nail polish is a classic neutral and very much work place appropriate. Continue Reading
