Hello friends, today I am wearing the Revlon Nail Enamel Teak Rose on my nails. It is a beautiful dirty rose color which would look good on all complexions. The shade of the nail polish is a classic neutral and very much work place appropriate.
Price: Rs. 190/- for 8 ml (available on Amazon)
Revlon Nail Enamel Teak Rose comes in a cone shaped trasperent glass bottle. The packaging is not very bulky and quite travel friendly. The brush it comes with is not very wide. I need at least 3-4 swipes to cover my entire nail. For this price tag I was expecting a flat shaped brush with round end.
The texture of the nail polish is slightly on the drier side. The first coat is easy to apply and spreads evenly. But from the second coat the nail polish starts getting a little lumpy. It takes 3-4 minutes to dry completely.
The shade of Revlon Nail Polish Teak Rose is a gorgeous dusky rose with warm brown undertone which will look good on most of the complexion but especially on pale skin tone. It may not look very appealing on very dark complexion due to the lightness. It has become my go-to color for work place when I need to wear some bright feminine color but don’t want any eye catching red or pink. The shade neither brighten up my hands nor make them dull looking. It just goes smoothly with my medium complexion giving a very easy and comfortable but sophisticated look.
The pigmentation of the nail paint is quite good. 2 coats are enough to give an opaque coverage. The color is not buildable so multiple coating does not intensify the shade anymore.
The Revlon Teak Rose Nail Polish has average staying power. It stays 3 days on my nails with all its glory and shine. After that the polish start fading from the tip. It does not chip for 4-5 days even after heavy household work .
Revlon Nail Enamel Teak Rose is a very feminine color which is just meant for work places. It speaks sophistication. Pair this color with white, black and blue dresses for an easy going polished look.
